![]() I do miss Ivy, the virtual concierge via text. Also a lot of great places in walking distance (I see you BeauJax). Of course, Jack's for a steak if you're feeling froggy. The buffet is closed at the moment, sure, but between 8 oz., the Bazaar (sneaky great pizza), and Jasmine's, there are plenty of options. Rooms may be slightly dated, but they're large, well kept for, and the beds are always comfortable. Such a great place to relax, watch a game, etc. Service in there was incredible, we'd come to know them all well, and we miss them and the lounge. We miss the VIP/Diamond Lounge horribly. It's fun but accessible, and even though it's an unorthodox method to get your initial drink (calling the bar that's twenty feet away) once you get a server out with your first order service is fast, friendly, and drinks are reasonably priced, especially for a casino pool. We've loved that the pool is hotel guests only at the moment. ![]() Wanted to make a few observations about how things are going during COVID. Spent the last few Christmases here with family even. ![]() we come here often - about once a month - from the Dallas area, and have come to love the place. Just a few notes about or recent visit to the Horseshoe Bossier City. ![]()
